Panic Room (2002)

How safe is safe? Newly divorced Meg Altman (Jodie Foster) and her daughter Sarah (Kristen Stewart) think that having a panic room in her 24,000 sq. ft., 6 bedroom new house is a bonus. When a trio of bandits breaks in, the two of them find it handy for safety. But it becomes a prison when the baddies flash her notes that what interests them is in the room and they’re not leaving until they get it.
