Dinosaur (2000)

Families come in all shapes and sizes. They are formed by marriage, convenience and disaster. Often, the come together as a group of unrelated individual in whom you can place your trust and expect that they’ll be there when you need them. Aladar (voice of D.B. Sweeney), a young Iguanodon, is raised from an egg by a band of lemurs after his egg is deposited on their island by a Pteranodon. Not knowing any better, he regards them as his family. When a giant meteor appears in the sky and falls into the ocean, Aladar is the one who comes to their rescue by carrying on his back until they wash up on shore.
