Keeping Up with the Steins (2006)

It’s easy to lose sight of what’s important when trying to keep up with what is going on around you, particularly when you live in a neighbourhood that has made an art of oneupmanship. Adam Fiedler (Jeremy Piven) is traumatized to learn what his former business partner Arnie Stein (Larry Miller) has done for his son’s bar mitzvah—a Titanic theme aboard an ocean liner—and frets constantly over how he can best this half million dollar extravaganza. His son Ben (Daryl Sabara) reminds him what’s important in life like his family, his faith and providing him with a role model he can admire.
