Stranger Than Fiction

What does it take to make a stand? How do we decide to do it and stick to it? Would something like a visit from the IRS make us change our mind? Maybe. But it might depend upon who is sent to deliver the message. Ana Pascal (Maggie Gyllenhaal) is confused about her reaction to Harold Crick (Will Ferrell), an IRS agent. Despite the audit and the work he has to do, she finds she likes him. But she’s adamant that the 78 percent of the taxes she has paid is sufficient as she doesn’t want to pay the rest which she believes will go to national defense, corporate bailouts and political campaign funding.
