How many of us are closet rockers? I know I am if only I could sing in tune. And so is Rosalie Mullins (Joan Cusack) who thinks she can be a cool as Stevie Nicks at least in her mind. Dewey Finn (Jack Black) takes her to lunch to exploit this whim and to con her into a field trip. A little smooth talk, a little juke box magic and a whole lot of misdirection soon has her moving to the dark side.
