Batman Begins (2005)

Batman Begins

Every day a choice is made to contribute to society and a choice is made to nibble away at its foundations. Rachel Dawes (Katie Holmes) is one of the former and she feels that Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) is part of the latter crew. She figure he contributes to the lethargy that keeps bad men rich and good men afraid. A stinging slap is about all she can muster in her frustration. But her righteously indignant accusation that Bruce’s father would be ashamed of him cut him to the quick. His plan to gun down his parents’s killer leaves her speechless. But just to be sure he has got the message, she slaps him a second time.
